25 Years and Counting
The inaugural issue of CANADIENS magazine hit newsstands in September 1985. Now 167 issues later, we invite you to toast our silver anniversary with a look back at every cover we’ve produced in our first quarter-century.

Cover to Cover
While the story behind every edition is unique, certain issues in the first 25 years of CANADIENS magazine truly emerged to withstand the test of time. The cover subjects of those issues would be then first to tell you as much.

Sticking Together
In two short years, Hal Gill has gone from a part of the Canadiens’ blue line to the glue that binds it.

Blast from the Past
There’s perhaps no better team bonding activity than taking a trip together. That was certainly the case for former Habs tough guy Todd Ewen and his comrades who went to Russia in September 1990.

Future Watch
Being in the middle of your development only to have an injury cost you a complete season would be discouraging to say the least. Steve Quailer chose to look at the positives.

Ask Eddy
In famous ex-trainer Eddy Palchak’s latest installment, find out about the best gift he ever received from a player, the rivalries between competing NHL equipment managers, and Eddy's memories from the riots that followed the Habs' Stanley Cup triumph in 1993.

The Last Word: Maryse
The province of Quebec has long been synonymous with professional wrestling. The tradition is now being carried on by Laval’s own Maryse Ouellet, a model turned WWE Diva who has quickly made a name for herself in the squared circle. We caught up with the lifelong Habs fan to find out what life in sports entertainment is really like.
