Between the players, the ambience of the outdoor setting and the game itself, there was certainly a lot to remember about the first-ever Heritage Classic, held in Edmonton betweent he Canadiens and the Oilers. But for some reason, the one thing no one can forget is the iconic tuque – pom-pom and all – that spent the game perched atop Jose Theodore’s helmet, creating one of the most iconic images in the history of Heritage or Winter Classic matchups.
